Trackball suggestion and LED question
« on: November 25, 2012, 11:44:34 am »
Two questions...

My first panel had the U-Trak flush mounted trackball.  I thought that this was quite low quality compared to what I have played in arcades.  The ball was jumpy and jerky when rolling to the right.  Had I done my research, I would have discovered that was a common problem with this model.  Ideally, I want a trackball for golden tee golf.  Is the Happ trackball better?  What should I be looking in to?

I am debating on using LED pushbuttons and sticks on this new panel.  Is this something that I am going to regret doing?  They sure look nice, but I'm curious if the novelty quickly wears off and I've just wasted a couple hundred bucks for a couple blinking lights.
