Shows the option of 640x480.

EDIT: Tells me there is an update and I can't save my progress until I intstall it.   I click to install it and after 5 minutes it informs me that the update has failed.
Same crap all over again (and I don't remember what the solution was last time).  It's a shame that people have to risk downloading stuff from shady websites because the version downloaded directly from Capcom doesn't work properly.

Moved SSFIVAE & SFxT over to the new cab today.
Had the same issues I had last time around with SSFIV on the old setup, but had forgotten. 

Here is the main hiccup for anyone else who keeps uneccesary services turned off and doesn't do updates on their cab.

If you get an unhandled exception error when trying to launch this, you need to install Games for Windows Live,
but it won't let you do that unless you have Widowns Live Sign in Assistant installed.

But it also won't install the Sign in Assistant unless Automatic Updates is turned on.   
You don't need a connection or network services enabled, but updates has to be enabled.
It can be turned back off after installing the Sign in Assistant.

In short, turn on automatic updates, install Windows Live Sign in Assistant, then install Games for Windows Live.

Street Fighter Vs Tekken is on sale on steam.  $12.49 for the game, and $3.24 for costume swaps packs.


Can anyone comment on the the gameplay?  It seems like a good price.

The gameplay isn't that bad, there's issues but are mostly getting patched, although pc seems to be lagging behind in that department.game just feels a bit gimmicky. worth it for that price though.

For those that already bought it, they are offerering the DLC (Downloadable content) for this game for $5 (normally $20).  Beginning this Wednesday (and for 2 weeks afterwards). It gives you 12 additional characters.

I figured I'd ask fellow owners of the game to see if you guys can help.   

I finally tried to install this game onto my arcade PC and I'm having major issues with the save function.  It won't save at all on my OS.  (I'm running Windows XP 64-bit).  It ran fine on my normal PC which has Win 7 64-bit installed and also on my Windows XP 32-bit OS.
