Tinted Perspex (or similar)

I have hit a snag with my cabinet.

I need to get tinted perspex or similar for behind my screen bezel to hide the gap that is present.

I am in the UK. Can anyone recommend anywhere to order something that would fit the bill?

So far i was quoted over
