Does 147 have known problems?

I was using mameui32 as the mame.exe in mala, and not everything worked, however what did work worked well.

Now i am using the proper mame0147.exe file in the same version of mala, with 147 rom sets, and find that i have lots of issues.

- very stuttery sound
- exit from game never goes back to mala (focus lost, had to create a hidden alt+tab button under CP)
- some games simply don't work.

is this known cos 147 is in early days and i should revert to 146? or is this just something i am doing wrong?
