Copy and paste the text of the URL between "" into your browser
and it will work.

Ok so I will use number 5 for the coins for the player1.

Which keys should I use for the Tilt?

Also which keys should I use for preventing the slamming of the coins door?

thanks

Hmmm. I'd like to check it out, but I can't seem to get these links to work, even if I copy and paste it in and remove the space before "picture". Anyone else?

My browser changes the spaces to "%2", try that.  BTW, Reg, you really shouldn't be putting spaces in network filenames.  Ever.  Also, you can easily make nice clickable links here in the post editor by highlighting the url and clicking the button with the little globe on it.

www.1uparcade.com  See?

So...what is the plan here?  Are you putting a monitor on the wooden shelf there, or is this a control panel for your cab?

You do realize that some collector is going to kill you...  ;)

My browser changes the spaces to "%2"

Actually %20

(sorry, I'm anal retentive today...)
URL coding is "%" + 2 characters...

Hi,

My current arcade cabinet controller was too wide and the height was not comfortable, also the cabinet is very heavy.

The goal is this project is to play pinball with Visual pinball on my Mame Arcade Cabinet.  This pinball emulator support sides/front bumping and the recreation on pinball tables are very similar to the real ones.

I like to play recreated pinball made in the 50's and the 60's.

Specifically in the 50's the pinball bumping was necessary for playing on Bingo pinball.

The actual pinball box was empty and a friend have offered it to me before throwing it in  the garbage... So I have saved it partially the pinball box! The Playfield was the same story! it's a Mata Hari playfield.

What it is fun with this project is that the flipper buttons are at the right width and height. I'm planning to also put a ball plunger to increase the feeling of launching a real ball!

Tonight I'm planning to install a pinball tilt pendulum switch to detect the front/sides bumping.

I will post more pics soon!

But this time I will remove the blanks from the URL.

Quick status of my project...

Hi,

For those who are interested, here is a small status of my 1/2 pinball control Panel project:

Done:

   - VP BangBack (T key) is hooked to a switch
(rail + switch at the end of the rail + pinball ball)

   - VP SlamTilt (Home key) is hokked to a slam switch on
     my coins door

   - VP Flippers (Left = Left Shift key / Right = Right Shift key)

   - VP Player1 / Player2 (key 5 / key 4) Coins Mech #1, Coins Mesh#2

   - VP Start (1 key) Front on Box at Top Left, Start Button

   - VP Bumps ( Z   Space   "/") Space and "/" are hooked to
     a tilt pendulum switch

To Do:

   - VP Bumps ( Z ) Need to hook Z to the tilt pendulum switch
   - Cut / Install the Mata Hari bare Playfield
   - Install the Plunger and hook it up to the Enter Key
   - The surfaces between the Mame Arcade Cabinet and the 1/2 Pinball
controller are very rough...I need to find a way to make them
     softer to ease the bumping.
