WTB: Williams Cabinet Coin Door w/mechs
« on: October 19, 2003, 09:01:22 pm »
** FOUND **

If anyone has this to offer at a fair price, I could really use another one. I'm restoring a Moon Patrol cab if that helps.

Thanks in advance ,

Michael

We all want one of those my friend.  :)  Probably one of the most sought after cab designs ever built.

Doh !  I misread and thought you wanted the cabinet itself. In that case theres some dude on Ebay that sells buttloads of coindoors quite frequently. He had a couple of defender style coindoors up for bid a while back I think. I would e-mail him and see what he's got. Good luck in your search. :)

Really?  I've got a Moon Patrol, and I didn't think it was anything special.

I said I was restoring a Moon Patrol cab. What I should have said is , the Moon Patrol game has been stripped from that cab for a long time now, it was recently converted to a JAMMA cab, and although the innerds have been reconstructed, the body remains the same.....so all I am looking for is a new door with mechs, to replace the damaged door that was on the cab. I have a few doors around the shop but none of them fit, this is why I was specific on the type of cab, hoping someone might have one they would part with.

That's all, I'm only looking for the door with mechs ... anybody?

Thank you,
Michael

How bad is the damage?  Can you shoot some pics and post them?  Doors are pretty tough.  I've brought back a lot of doors that I thought were too damaged, but was pleasantly suprised.

Peale ...

Actually before I could take a few pics, I had found a good mate in Orlando that had what I was looking for. He even took the old door and said he might be able to do something with it. Overall, I am most pleased with my purchase, and I thank those who offered advice on what to do.

For those of you who are still looking for a Williams Cabinet or a Williams Coin Door, check out my ebay auction for an empty williams cabinet with coin door and control panel.
