Changing a Coin Slot

I have a standard "mars" coin door with the diagonal slot and orange reject button. I don't have any mech as I am not bothered about differentiating between coins and plan just to rig up a microswitch behind the slot. However I would rather have the red style slot (coin controls? sentinal?).

Is there any way of changing these over and any place in the UK I can get the red slot type on its own with no door or mech?
