Blast City (sega bass) Power Supply Problem
« on: October 31, 2012, 02:07:01 pm »
Hey all,

I picked up a Blast City (Sega Bass) candy cab recently and I'm having problems with the power supply.  On startup the power supply fuse instantly blows.  Any idea what components i could check/change out to stop this from happening?

3 things can cause this: short in the monitor, short in the pcb or bad PSU.  Try another pcb or no pcb to see what happens (if it pops with no pcb then it's monitor or PSU, if no pop than its the pcb)
