Mala all games list + nes emulator

Hey guys I am having some issues in updating my all games list on mala for my jnes emulator. I added some roms to my directory but I can't get the all games list to update so I can add them to my custom list. I have done some looking around on here but haven't found anything. I'm sorry if this has already been posted by some else. Please help. I have the most updated version of both.

Nobody has answered this becausee it's so vague.
What happens when you try to update them?

If it looks like it's updating, but the new ones just don't show up, recheck the directory path and extension.

Do the roms work fine outside of Mala?
Have an example of a rom that won't show up?
Does it's name contain any odd characters? (? # ', etc)
