Vertical Screen
« on: October 26, 2012, 10:01:12 pm »
Hi everyone,

I am thinking about doing a small vertical bartop and was wondering if anyone used a wide screen for the vertical or do you just use a normal 4:3 screen? Any drawbacks from using the widescreen rotated? I have a notebook that would make a really good mame machine.

Thanks!

Go for 4:3.  Aside from being closer to the original, the already slim bartop is going to look really odd with the skinny widscreen turned in there.
