Emumovies: Need to contact Circo
« on: September 27, 2012, 11:12:01 pm »
Hey all,

I have a major problem.  I purchased an account from Circo at Emumovies www.emumovies.com a couple of years ago and haven't updated my movies in quite a while.  Well, I went out to the Emumovies site to update my .146 movie set.  I didn't remember my password, so I used their site feature "I can't remember my password" for both my forum login and ftp access.  I received an email to change my password.  Within that email, there is a confirmation link that the user needs to click.  Once that is done, another email is sent with the new password.  This email is never sent to me.

So to sum up, I'm in a real problem because I have no way to log a support ticket, post a message on the forum, or contact anyone out there because I requested a new password.  Without getting the temporary password, I can't communicate with Circo or anyone out there.

Does anybody know if Circo comes out here, or does anyone have his email address, and if so, could you PM me?  I'm in a bad spot here.  :)

Thanks for your help.

Jason

Make a new temporary account on their site and then post a ticket inside of that.  The new account you can just throw away afterwards.
