Setting Buttons to Rumble in MAME

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a program or utility that allows you to set any PC force-feedback/rumble controller button to rumble constantly whenever you press and hold it?

I've tried XPadder and set the button to activate rumble when pressed but it stops working once I start a Mame game (works outside of Mame). I have a Logitech PC RumblePad installed in a T2 gun.
