What is the actual model number from the nameplate on the back of the machine? I've never heard of a Symphony.

Oh, I see. Now we're getting somewhere. I recognize it's just like a "Berkeley" and a "Storm" cd wall mount juke. The WP-100 model number would apply to all three versions. The manual set is two volumes totaling around 300 pages I think.

Here is a link to purchase the manual covering your model:

Thanks a bunch Ken!! I'm def a newbie, and i have once more question...maybe you can help me out with this...with this particular unit, can one use a wireless remote?? right now, the volume, skip, and on/off are located at the bottom of the machine... and if so, is there a specific place/unit i should buy from? Again, much appreciated!! Have a good night!!

You can use either the hardwired or wireless remote volume accessory kits with this model. The part numbers for them are in the manual on pages 8-44 and 8-45.

# 21957502 Wireless infrared remote control kit

# 30632201 Hardwired standard (stereo) remote volume/cancel kit (uses 3 conductor cable)

# 30632209 Hardwired dual channel (twin mono) remote volume/cancel kit (uses 4 conductor cable)
