Resolution on Capcom games incorrect
« on: September 06, 2012, 02:28:38 pm »
Currently using Groovymame, which is FANTASTIC!  When I play any Capcom game, the picture doesn't completely fill the entire screen 100%, which is okay but the screens are grainy and there isn't a correct pixel correlation to the original.  That and it looks grainy.  Most other games work perfect.  Could this be a problem with the roms (using for MAME .139) or setup?  Anyone else having the same issues?  Possible fix for this?

Hi TJCOMBO,

Edit vmmaker.ini, and set:

   YresMin_XML = 224

Then run VMMaker to create the modes and restart, that will fix it.

This is actually an issue I'm aware of and will be fixed in next version.
Important note: posts reporting GM issues without a log will be IGNORED.
Steps to create a log:
 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.
