T-Track and Plexi Overlay
« on: August 31, 2012, 02:41:16 pm »
T-Trac is 3/4" right?
Ply/MDF is 3/4"

so that marries up perfectly, however when you have cut and put a plexi overlay on the control panel, that will add 1/8" or so.

How do you pros blend that nicely with the end?

many thanks

Dave

5/8" MDF for the CP top only.

You can lose the plexi and use a .08" polycarbonate-laminated printed-vinyl overlay on 3/4" MDF instead.
