need SNK LS-30 rotary joysticks or parts

I recently bought 2 SNK LS-30 joysticks, but they're pretty rough around the edges.  My biggest problem is that one of the wire harnesses is missing the 13 pin female wire connector on one end (see the attached jpgs), which i need to connect to an Ultimarc Rotary Interface.  I haven't been able to find one locally, so I was hoping someone on here might have some lying around and would be willing to mail me one (or a few, so i could have a couple spares).  I will paypal shipping costs + whatever you want per unit (within reason).  I attached images to show what I'm talking about.  they're not my images.  My sticks are way more well used. 

I also need the caps to the joysticks (that cover the screw & nut inside the joystick).  mine have been completely demolished from someone removing them improperly. 

and lastly (at least for now) I need 2 dust covers (lever masks?) ... the things that look like a big black plastic washer.

I might be interested in buying some whole LS-30s if the price is reasonable.
