Multiple Joypad Button Press to Quit Back to Mala?

Hello everyone I have a quick question if someone would be so kind to help me. I have just set up Mala on this PC and it will be connected up to a real arcade jamma cabinet via ArcadeVga 3000 and a Jamma to PC convertor, and will be used in a shop. I want to be able to set it up so players can quit out the current game they are playing in MAME and then return back to Mala's game select screen. The only way I know to quit MAME is to press ESC so I thought maybe set up joy2key but it doesn't allow multiple joystick buttons for one keystroke   I then looked at autokey scripts but got very lost trying to figure it out. Anyways I was wondering would anyone be able to point me in the right direction or help me out please?

I just had this issue and it's an easy one...

change UI Cancel from "Esc" to any key on your panel you want.

It took me forever to find it in the Mame controls list.
