Dedicated 4 way wiring
« on: July 16, 2012, 10:44:56 am »
Im currently wiring my first cp and have a dedicated 4 way with 2 buttons. Should I parallel wire this joystick and buttons into my p1 controls - or wire them dedicated and for all of the 4 way games configure game specific controls ?

Any advice appreciated :)

Thanks
Tony

I have 4 ways and 8 ways in my current control panel, and yes they're wired together.  Works fine and no need to waste 4 more inputs....  however I'm planning on rebuilding the CP soon and just using the mag-stik pluses from ultimarc since they're switchable from the top and I can just get rid of 2 joysticks.  Having 4 joysticks on a 2-player cab worked ok for my first time out but it's really a waste of space...
