Apex 32" TV on sale at Target for $190 - opinions?

I want a 32" for my cabinet.  Is this a good deal?  Anyone see these in action?  I see it's only 720p...

720p is fine for a TV that small.  Never seen that particular one up close, though.  I would probably head to a store to see if you could check it out in person before buying.

I went to one Target and they didn't have it on display.  Gonna try one more

32" is way too small for cabinet purposes, IMO.  Having compared a lot of them I wouldn't go any smaller than 37".  The sweet spot on the good prices seems to be 40 or 42.  <$300 on those all day, every day.

Go bigger or go home.

32" too smal!??? 40-42 sweet spot!?? On what type of cabinet? Op does not mention anything about building a showcase cab, so assumption here would be regular upright. 32" wide would be pushing it for an upright and you want to install 40"!? 
Won't 32" give him at least 19" of height for vertical games? (I might be wrong on that.)
