Namco 20 year reunion buttons?
« on: July 01, 2012, 05:17:21 am »
I've been playing the reunion for some time now at my local cinema and what I realized, is that the buttons seem nicer than the buttons in the japanese cabinets (egret 2, lindberg). What I like is the feedback, which I get from the Reunion. Originally I was going to build my CP using Seimitsu PS-14-KN buttons, but now I'm having second thoughts. Could someone tell me, what buttons the Reunion uses? Of course they might be replacements, but I can't find that out now. At least they are smaller than the Seimitsu ones. I have a bit shorter fingers and considering that I'm going to set up the CP with the 8-button Sega configuration, the smaller buttons might work better for me. I tried searching the answer from the internets and the forum, but no luck.

But basically: What buttons are used in the Reunion?

Thanks!! :)

Standard happ controls horizontal microswitch pushbuttons. The same buttons basically all american games used from 1990ish on.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

Ok, thanks! Will go with the Seimitsus on my main project, but I think I'll try the happs on my second project, to see how they work out.
