What I need inside of my cabinet

Hey guys, what's up?! I am gonna start building my cab soon but wanna know what's essential for it. Oh yeah also I'm gonna buy a sitdown Jap Pony 29" cab. Only thing is I don't know what I need inside to power it up. I am gonna like hook up a DC inside of it so I got a scan converter for that and know how to wire it up. Was wondering if I needed the power supply to power on the speakers and monitor. I need to know what I need inside. Thanx.
