LED Wiz Problem

I am having a problem with my LED Wiz. Finally got around to installing it and can't get the banks to distribute the power. I put 12V on bank 1-8, 9-16 and 17-24 and it measures at 11.97V at each screw but no lights. I remove the 12V wire and touch it to each port screw (1-24) and it lights that light up, so I have to think the wires are run correctly. I have a RGB trackball on bank 25-32 at 5V and that tests properly by using 5V USB. Any thoughts.

The led wiz has very specific wiring needs when providing power to different banks.  The terninals provide a ground to power the LED.  The LEDs have a common power lead which in your case would be 12V.   The fact that you touched the 12V power lead to each terminal and the LED lights up leads me to believe that you have the LEDs wired backwards.   The ground wire touched to a terminal should light up a properly wired LED and not the power lead.

Baffling...I took 5 buttons on the same bank (17-24) and reversed the wires on the buttons and isolated them from all other buttons/grounds and checked that I had 12V at the 17-24 bank and tried again with no luck. These are single light LEDs from paradise. Were there rumors that Paradise Arcade LEDs and LED Wiz did not get along well together?

Sounds like something is not wired properly.  I sent you an email with a request for a photo of how it is currently wired, so I can help you figure this out.
