JLF Owners - San Antonio?

Before I build my CP, I would love to demo a unit with a JLF controller.  I would hate to build a new CP only to find out that I dont like these sticks.    Are there any JLF owners in San Antonio that would let me demo your arcade unit?  I enjoy fighting games but I dont have any desire to become pro; however, I am willing to go with them if they feel better to me.

I ended up going and buying a Street Fighter X Tekken controller, which has the Sanwa buttons and controller.
