My bad.  Glad you got it back together.  I've sent (and received) controllers in bubble envelopes before...  maybe the combination of bubble envelope & parcel post was a bad idea.  USPS seems to be harder on parcel post.

Anything sent to PBJ should be shipped in an anti-static bag, triple bubble wrapped, and double boxed. That guy has the worst shipment luck...
