Quiz Sequel: Identify all these shmup ships

I've slapped together another t-shirt design masquerading as a quiz.  Again, I've removed all the names and posted the design.  See if you can be the first to post a comment on the blog naming all of them correctly.  All the ships are from arcade games and they are not-quite-as-old-as-old-school.  Seems like folks like challenging themselves, as posts about the quizzes get as much attention on my blog as anything.
