Hello all just a quick one. im wondering if this mdf would be suitable for a weecade build. I dont know if 8x4 is anygood and also in the build design it says he uses mdf that is 12mm thick, but that sheet of mdf is only 9mm. Is that still thick enough?

Thanks in advance

9mm is too thin in my opinion. I would go for something at least a half inch thick like 12mm.

That's really thin. You could use it yes, but you would need an internal support structure of 1x8's or 2x4's to bear the weight and you would have to use hard wood plates to make sure the weight balanced evenly against the MDF.
