Hi,
I have a Laserstar wallphono and it has stopped paging the pages, I have checked all the faults reference in the Mainenance manual. There is no volts coming out of the keyboard interface when either of the page forward or back keys are pressed. Both the 28v and 9v leds are "on" on the interface. The three micro switches are working correctly on the page display unit do you think I might have to re-boot the computer to default settings as there is no errors showing.
Is there anything else I can check.

I have now found if I restore ccc to defaults the title page runs in one direction until it gets to the end then will not come back with the other key.
any help please.

Can you get a hold of another CCC and see if the problem is with that?  Sometimes you can get replacement CCCs off ebay at a reasonable price.
