Sigma Derby game
« on: May 04, 2012, 12:25:13 pm »
Since its the Kentucky Derby this weekend, and since I am going to Vegas soon I was thinking if any of you know where to get a Sigma Derby game? Like this one:

Its a mechanical gambling game that is a TON of fun to play.  I would love to have one

Appears to be a hot item. Did a Google and sales related searches were in the top four or five in the drop down for this. Wasted about an hour reading about this beast.

It is a very very intersting game. The setup is so intriguing it's given me some ideas......

Sorry.  I have to ask...

You've gone on record calling Centipede one of the most overrated arcade games ever made.  But you consider watching little toy horses wobble around a track (and slowly, at that) fun?

I don't know.  Maybe it's the gambling aspect.  Maybe that's why I'm not getting it.

Yup, Centipede is terribly overrated, once the appeal of rolling around a trackball goes away.

They don't wobble that slowly.  Have you ever played on one of these?

I have played Centipede, and I have played Sigma Derby.  Sigma Derby is WAY more fun.
