help with rowe ami mm1 jukebox

would like to know if anyone can help me with a problem with my rowe ami mm1 the problem i have now is that the arm will not bring record to turntable i do hear the motor running but don't see gears moving any help would be appriciated also wher can a get an owners manuel for it, as well looking for graphics for it

Hello novasarc1,

Sorry you did not leave name. You can use any Rowe Ami manual that features the 1100 mechanism, there are number of sites in the USA that you can download manuals from also a number of dealers with the manuals on CD, I prefere a manual. 

More than likely the transfer motor will need replacing, on the open gearbox look at a brown fibre gear it will have some broken teeth allowing the gears to slip.

I stock good used motors but I am in the UK.
