I have searched and read for hours, but my googlefu has run it's course. It also didn't help that the hyperspin forums were down.

I'm planning on running hyperspin with mame and a few other emulators on my arcade cabinet that contains a core2 duo PC with Soft15khz and a j-pac. I'm currently running MALA 1.74 at 640x480 interlaced and I'm wondering what I should expect to experience with both the front end and some of the random emulators I might try. I'm even hoping to run a pinball simulator on my horizontal CGA monitor. Are my hopes too high and if so, what should I expect not to work? Will hyperspin look ok at my current resolution of 640x480 interlaced? I will find out the hard way and post back, but not for another week or two. In the meantime, can anyone share their knowledge?

I'm running hyperspin at 640 x 480 and it looks great. Only emulators I've really tried are mame and snes, both of which also seem to work great. The only game I've actually had a problem running at that resolution was one of the street fighter 4 pc games. Windows looks like garbage on it but I'm rarely in windows, only for making small adjustments here and there to my front end so I can live with it.
