I have a Sega Virtua Fighter 2 cabinet with 25" monitor that I've been looking to move out.  The game board and most internal wiring is gone, but the control panel is there and wired.  I can take some pictures if your interested.  Located in Elk Grove, Ca.  about 1 to 1.5 hours north.
Please!  Give me the good news first!

Sorry, haven't been able to make time for a trip to my storage unit... will try to get pics up early next week if anyone is still interested.

Powered it up today and I have no sound and intermittent graphical glitches. Going to use the cabinet and remove the boards / monitor. If anyone wants any of the parts shoot me a message. Not sure if they'd be useful as I'm not sure where the problem lies, but I'll give them away if anyone has a use for them.
