rowe ami cd-100c getting sound out of top speakers but low sound out of woofers

Hello new to the forum..recently bought a rowe ami cd-100c when i got it , it had no player,or mechnism, got a hold of bruce wentworth got my parts, it did come with an extra amp. my question is i'm getting plenty of sound out of my mids and tweeters but very little out of the woofers, volume control works fine but getting a large amount of feedback when it's not playing also the rca's if i push them in all the way no sound but if i just barley touch them get sound , this is my first jukebox and been working alot on it in my spare time but ready to pull my hair out on this one thanks again for your time.
