How does one obtain a start up disk if the manufacture wont sell you one/ my neighbor bought a MEGATOUCH FULL SIZE ARCADE GAME  And when she tried to start it up she got a error on the screen that said needs start up disk.
Game was bough over the internet and original owners are not known.
