VGA to Scart Cable White Screen

hello all

ive done a vga to scart cable using this guide here http://www.alvarezeninternet.com/mamescart/

and i am basically getting a completely white screen on the crt tv

i have tried two different pcs one with a newer 512mb geforce in it, and another one with an older 256mb geforce, and its the same on both

ive made the lead twice and not working both times

i appreciate anyone's help

I tried that circuit you linked to (it's a great website! ) initially and had no luck with my Nvidia cards.

The circuit I ended up with is this one. Works with both Nvidia and ATI cards just fine.

Attached are some other diagrams I came across on the WWW that helped me build this version...
