Open up yellow page and start calling your local arcades.
Why pay high shipping cost if you can get one local.
expect to pay around $1000-1500 for the game.

As for second opition.start thinking about buying a gutted cab,put a tv and a dreamcast in there and you have it !
(of course its that easy but feel free to ask more questions)

Just for the record and only for the record there is no such thing as a marvel vs capcom 2 arcade machine.

Most games made after 1998 were sold only in kit form.  This is the case for mvsc2.  Most commonly it was put in a generic podium cab.  So even used, your are going to have a hard time finding a mvsc2 cab.  You'll have to buy the pcb and cab seperately as most of those cabs were converted to capcom vs snk or capcom vs snk2, tekken tt, or whatever.

Also no such thing as mvsc2 side art ect.... just a marquee and play instruction cards, that's it.

I'm only pointing this out because it's an extremely odd game to want the dedicated cab, especially considering it doesn't have one.  :)

I just checked for games local to me, and a MvsC2 popped up for sale in Saginaw, MI for $795.  Good luck!

Most games made after 1998 were sold only in kit form.

Just for the record, MOST games produced after 1983 were sold only in kit form. Atari pretty much kept up making all dedicated machines, but almost everyone else moved over to mostly producing kits. Only driving games, stuff with crazy controls, and flagship titles like "Mortal Kombat" seemed to get dedicated cabinets.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.
