Stelladaptor Atari 2600 Controller to USB Interface

Has anyone used Stelladaptor 2600 Controller to USB Interface before im thinking of getting one to use the 2600 paddles for Kaboom and driving controls Ill be using it in a cab. The main reason why i realy want to use it in a cab  is because i have a mini caberet and just have sticks and a few buttons and specifically want to play Kaboom for the 2600. I was wondering whoever has this adaptor, have you played Kaboom and is it possible to play it with the driving controls because i used a regular spinner before and it worked. Atari 2600 paddles are inconsistent and if i could i would rather play with the driving controls.

I haven't tried the setup you are describing, but I believe the Atari driving controller has very low resolution - like 16 pulses per revolution. I think that will give you terrible performance for any paddle game. Curious: are you using the Stella emulator? Also - have you tried cleaning the pots on your paddle controllers (or replacing them?)

im using the stella emu but didnt buy the adaptor yet. This is the reason i posted here i needed some feedback as per the paddles vs the driving controller Lke I said I used a spinner already GGG turbo 2 to be exact it worked ok but if i remember playing kaboom with paddles it was a different feel so if anyone is using the paddles via the stella adaptor please let me know or driving controller
