No they aren't... but not much you can do about it.

I used to report to ebay when people where selling roms on CD's... but my reply from EBay was that I needed to prove it.

But go and report them.  Hopefully you can get more out of it.

btw... even if they have (but they dont') legal rom files... selling them or distributiing them with mame on the same media breaks mames license... but does that make it illegal?  Ebay illegal?  I don't know

Actually I think the lister is guilty of misleading headers (which most people do to get more hits).

On inspection the comany (Selectsoft) seems reputable.  They are a distributor for software outlets.  Here's their website:

They also have Capcom collections.

It seems legit to me, but I've been fooled before.  Anyone own a copy that can attest to whether or not MAME is actually used.

Someone buy one and see if they are legit. If so, then I might pick up a few (see, I do pay for roms sometimes!).
