Rowe-AMI Wallbox Display
« on: February 21, 2012, 12:58:02 pm »
I have a Rowe CD100-C jukebox with a wallbox connected. Is there a code for the wallbox to display the selection playing regardless if it was made from the Jukebox or Wallbox. Currently my juke is on "Free Play". The wallbox displays "255" selection unless a song is played directly from the Wallbox. Any help that can be offered is greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Tony

Hi Tony,

The 255 relates to the free play setting, to prove this go into pragamming and alter location 27 from 255 to 0. You will not have free play 255 showing. Reset the setting after you have done the test.

Alan,
Thanks for the posting. Programming "27" takes me into the message center on my jukebox. I don't want to alter the message displays. I am trying to get the wallbox to display the selection number being played regardless if entered from the jukebox or the wallbox unit. Hope this makes sense. If I take it off of free play, Then I have to put money in the jukebox or wallbox to play selections. As this is in my house for personal enjoyment I want to keep on free play for family and friends.

Hi Tony,

I must have had a senior moment the 27 location was for a R-89 to R-94 CCC.

The free play setting on your CCC is location 691, paid play is 690 and the Fplay status is on 55.

Alan,

Once again thanks for the response. I am not sure how to be more clear.

The Wall box displays "255" under remaining selections. I understand this is displayed because my jukebox is on "Free Play" which I want to keep that way.

If I play a selection from the Jukebox while it's on "Free Play", the wallbox speakers will not come on or show the selection made from the JukeBox.

What I am trying to find out is: "How do I keep the Jukebox on "Free Play", have the wall box speakers play, and the wall box "DISPLAY" the selection number made from the Jukebox.

If This is not possible with programming or some sort of bypassing I totally understand.

I appreciate any direction or help from you or anyone else.

Thanks.
