That is great.  Looks like it is available at emu movies.  You got to pay for that service i believe.

I think the original creators of many of these nice opening vids coded them for performance or to look ok on arcade monitors with scan lines at lower resolutions, so usually some clever re-encoding and up scaling is the only way to improve the quality.
