Hi guys. I actually have started this project in October, but I didn't take pictures of this project from the start. I don't have much room in my house for a full size cabinet so I decided my cabinet would have to be a slim cabinet, it's just a simple 2 player cabinet. It's kind of like a mix between a Vewlix and a Astro City cabinet. I named it "Fighters Classics Collection" since I has all my favorite fighters on it, plus other games. This cabinet I wanted to make sure it was "Candy Cabinet" inspired, it was the look I was going for. I actually don't like a lot of buttons on my control panel, I decided to keep it simple with 2 joysticks and 7 buttons, no Tron sticks or trackballs on this one. I also used the start buttons as the same input as the coin buttons.
I'm not finished yet, but its playable, I still need side art,cpo art and a monitor bezel. I have filters on Mame, so it looks pretty good compared
I hope you guys enjoy the pictures, I'll get more later.
