Stickied topics should have different background

Is there any way to modify this forum so that, when viewing the topic lists, the stickied topics can have a different background? It would make it much easier to zero in on the latest posts.

Instead of this:

Go to the look and layout options in your profile. You can change what the forums look like. (Theres only 2 )Mine are a different color.

Thanks, but it's just barely a different color. Also, this forces me to use different fonts, which I don't want to do. I wish we could have more customization options.

Edit: Eh, it's not that bad. I switched. Thanks for the tip. Though I'd still like to see a greater difference in the colors.
