2) Bootleg SFIICE pcb, has some graphics issues, playable.

3) Revel F-15C Eagle 1/48th scale. Plastic, unpainted and unassembled.  Make offer.

I looked and it just has the standard Xbox cable.  Not sure if the Xbox -> USB adapter would work on it.

Nope.  I have 3 SFCE's now.  This one is a pure bootleg, single board, no B board like a SFCE should have.  Also has no Capcom markings on it.

Buttons & Ipac-4 arrive today.  The buttons that are already there are just holding the plexi and cpo down at the moment.  The yellow balltop is going to be swapped for a blue one.

I've had a set of switches and the joystick frame sitting here for some time without shafts. figured someone could use them sometime down the road.

any idea if the ebay winer is a byoac member and how many switches need replacing?
