ipac4 or uhid? 4 player set up
« on: December 16, 2011, 09:33:21 pm »
Building a 4 player control with HDMI output for my son.
Which one would be best to handle this set up.
32-36 buttons
4 8 ways
1 track ball (usb, makes life simpler)
I'm in the air about 360 controllers. They seem useful but I'm not sure how well they would work on the classics
Any help would be appreciated, thanks gents

My advice would be keep it simple.  The ipac4 has been used by many people and is easy to wire since it has screw terminals.   Your trackball will be self contained USB so no interface needed.

I'm a fan of the Lono. It also includes some great premade harnesses.

I just looked into the lono and I must say that is quite appealing.
I think we may have found ourselves a winner :)
