Art work coming - my favorite TRUXTON

These are all made from scratch from 'in-game' screen shots in photoshop. You can see below the quality of the screen shot doesn't give any detail other than a coloured globulous mass. These are all my interpretation of what they should look like.
At a guess there will be about 100 hours of work on the scenes. CRAZY i know but it will be quite the art work.

UPDATE: Just starting to play around with positioning of ships... Got lots of detail to add like stars, backgrounds, enemy bullets.

Added lighting details - the ships now take on the explosive lighting.

My art is always free for you to download and modify as you see fit...
Why?... because I could never find any art I loved on the net. So I played around with Photoshop and wish to share it with the arcade community.

If you've ever played this game you'll be sure to recognize these colours.
The ships are an intense 300 dpi - i'm going to have a close up ship on the CP (so close you can see the rust) ;D

GREEN and RED plasma canons done - cool thing with photoshop is the function motion blur. i'll give it a good blur to make it look on the move

these 3 truxton ships (red green and blue) with weapons raging.
Then i'll do about 3-4 different types of smaller alien ships being ripped apart and one large mothership.
Good thing with once i have the components the theme can be built up pretty quickly - at a guess about 30 or 40 ships in the scene.

No bevel and emboss here - i just made a pattern template and soom in and out to get the desired look ;)

BLUE plasma done - even got some nice blue reflection hues done on the ship body for that real glow effect.
