Rowe CD-100K pages get stuck, stop flipping, turning

I've got a Rowe CD-100K jukebox...don't know much about it so I apologize if this is a dumb question.  When I power the unit on the pages turn fine for about 10 flips up or down but then the pages stop moving.  I use the manual gears underneath the page display to turn the pages back to the beginning (disc 00) and then I can get another 10 flips out of it but it'll stop working again.  Is there some kind of basic maintenance necessary that I'm missing?  Is something wearing out that needs to be replaced?  Any advice you can share with this rookie is appreciated.  Thanks!
