FS or Free: Konami 4 player cabinet - Reno, NV
« on: October 25, 2011, 03:30:42 pm »
I used this cabinet for MAME for the last 8 years, but have decided to build a custom cab for it. I was going to use this cab for a new game, but I needed the working monitor out of it for another cab. It has a Polo in it now, but the chassis is bad. It is probably repairable, but I don't want to spend the time on it. The chassis has been cracked and repaired in the past, and it is pretty ugly. The tube has a little NBA Jam burn, but not bad. The cab has the wiring, but you will need run power for the polo. I stole the iso transformer for the k7000 since the polo doesn't need one.

There is no control panel on the cab, since I built a custom one for MAME and I am keeping it. Both coin doors are nice.

I have it listed for $100 on CL, but I will take less if you can get it out of here soon. Maybe a lot less if you get it out of here really soon. If you can get it out of here today, it is free.

It is the end of an era. This was the first cab I ever bought, and it has been ruthlessly given away. :)

I have bought probably 50 games over the last few years, and sold all but 13 of them now. This is the one game that I can say I definitely got my money's worth. It was expensive at $700 shipped, but it provided tons of enjoyment for 8 years, and started me off in what appears to be a lifelong hoby.
