Check out this cheap enclosure for fight stick!
« on: October 21, 2011, 02:15:24 am »
I'm going to use this for the original Xbox+Emulators, 360, and various other consoles
See attached image below

I/O = X-arcade board //already own
http://www.xgaming.com/store/arcade-parts-and-accessories/product/x-arcade-byo-arcade-usb-ps2/

Enclosure = Wood Trunk Box

http://www.woodcrafter.com/bx3130llargewoodtrunkbox.aspx

joystick = happ competition with white actuator //already own

Any suggestions or links on reducing the "bounce back" of the competition style sticks would be appreciated,
thinking about getting a stiffer spring for it

buttons from paradise arcade shop //some on the way

A = green convex led, 20gram Microswitch
B = red led
X = blue led
Y = yellow led
LB = clear led
RB = clear led
L = black il competiton, 50 or 75g
R = black il comp
Start = black concave "Player 1" imprint, 125g
Back = black concave, 125g

Where's the cool enclosure idea?  ???

just stirring. Not sure what you gain though. You'd also want to make sure the clips are pretty strong.
