How to remove "adult" Mame games?

What is the best way to remove all of the "adult" Mame games from benig shown in the selection list in Mame32?  I have two young children, hire babysitters, friends kids come over, etc...  which all should not be allowed to fall upon these type of games.  

First I would think I need a complete list of these type of adult games but I can not locate one.  I was hoping Mame32 had an "adult" genre but I could not find that either.   Where would the complete Rom list be for each nerw version of Mame which is released?

Also, what is the best way to remove these games from being listed in Mame32 (instead of deleting the Rom images themselves).
