I just got the stuff I ordered from Ultimarc, 2 8 way joysticks and a mini pac. I think the min pac seems pretty straightfoward, but I was jiggling the joysticks and they have a very loud click and feel very clicky. are there any joysticks that feel less mechanical when you move them?

I recall reading about joysticks with magnetic switches? would those be smoother?

I assume the ultimarc's will sound quieter once installed and with game sounds masking it, but they still feel very mechanical.

buy the ultimarc u360's, the click you are hearing are micro switches... the u360 doesn't have microswitches.
