Video adapters LCD/CRT - PC/PCB - CGA=VGA

I am tired of dealing with CRT gremlins!

My Cruis'n World arcade has a CRT & its days are numbered so I am considering my options. Happ sells video converter boards for $100 http://na.suzohapp.com/monitors/96316100.htm that I could pair with a monitor from regular life places like Walmart/ebay & they (HAPP) sell converted open case LCD's for like $750+ after applicable bracket/bezel/shipping OUCH http://na.suzohapp.com/monitors/49286100.htm

I remember seeing converter cards elsewhere (not the UVC) that took the signal from a game PCB & converted that RGB/HVS old school cable & converted it into a VGA signal for like $50 somewhere.

Does anyone know of other converter board options/suppliers?
